Can I order only part of the brand identity (for example, a logo) instead of a full branding package?
Yes, you can choose only the stages you need: logo design, visual identity (logo + brand colors, fonts, graphics), or full corporate identity (visual identity + usage guidelines). You can also order a complete corporate identity package, including a full brand book.

What is the difference between visual identity and corporate identity?
Visual identity is how the brand looks. It is a system of visual elements, usually including a logo, colors, fonts, and graphics.
Corporate identity is how these visual elements are applied. It combines the visual identity with rules for its usage: how to adapt the design for different assets such as business cards, packaging, or website pages. These rules and templates are typically compiled into a brand guideline or brand book.

What is the payment scheme?
Depending on the scope of tasks or the overall branding package cost, we offer the client one of two cooperation options: 100% upfront payment or 50/50 — advance payment / final payment.
The terms are discussed individually, and all guarantees provided by the brand identity and design agency are outlined in the contract.

We already have a design. How do we know if it needs updating?
It’s not always necessary to start from scratch — sometimes it’s enough to refine and systematize existing visual elements.
Before development, we conduct a brief audit: we evaluate whether the current style meets your business needs, target audience, and brand positioning, and how it can be applied across different assets.
After the audit, we may recommend:
— Keep and strengthen the existing design;
— Update certain elements;
— Offer business branding services from scratch with a long-term strategy for business growth.

Do you work with clients from other cities and countries?
Yes, we work with clients from different regions and countries. While we welcome visits to our office in Novosibirsk, we are also experienced in collaborating remotely.
