When it comes to one-off tasks, the website maintenance cost is calculated flexibly. In addition to ongoing support within a service plan, we also offer one-off project tasks. The cost of support in this format is calculated based on the number of hours spent on the task. You pay only for the actual work performed.

    Your dedicated manager tracks the hours spent on tasks and monitors deadlines. All tasks are managed in a task-tracking system (such as Kaiten, Jira, or Aspro), and you have access to monitor their status in real time.

    At the end of each month, we provide a detailed report outlining the hours spent on each completed task.
